हिंसा
हैं हिंसा करने के ,कई ढंग,
हिंसा नही ,बस तोड़ना अंग।
है हिंसा करना ,शान्ति भी भंग,
इच्छा ना हो ,पूरी जब,
हिंसा करता ,हर कोई तब।
रोना चिल्लाना ,मचाना शोर,
पाने को वस्तु ,यां प्यार,
ये सब हिंसा के ,हथियार।
शब्दों की है ,हिंसा गहरी,
क्या हिंसा ,करे तलवार।
बिना अंकुश के ,बोले शब्द,
छीन लेते हैं ,प्यारे यार।
अंग टूटे नही ,होता उतना,
मन टूटे होता ,जो दर्द।
ना जाने फिर ,शब्द कोश क्यों,
नही कहता इसे ,हिंसा का शब्द।
सब की है ,परिभाषा अपनी,
वासल देवेन्द्र की ,भाषा अपनी।
हैं समाज के ,सुन्दर रंग,
है रहना जो ,सब के संग,
रहो बन के ,एक दूजे का अंग,
और ना करो , तुम शांति भंग।
जब समझोगे ,हिंसा के ढ़ंग,
रंग जाओगे ,अहिंसा के रंग।

वासल देवेन्द्र is also a poet and writes poems both in English and Hindi and many of them have been published in Magzines. His recent poem अक्षर ढाई has become very popular.
At the age of 64 he ran 2 half marathons ( 21 KILOMETRES) one on October 4, 2020 (@ 6.33 and another on November 29, 2020.
He is converting whole of Bhagvad Gita into poetry.
The work is in progress and half of that has been completed.

Well defined n written in poetry on VIOLENCE which is not acceptable in society but some” anti socials elements ”
are there in our country who are spoiling
the image of our country. They should be punished.
Non VIOLENCE is true path.

This poem once again brings out the fact that strong words cause much more damage to relationships than anything else…….words are sharper than sword and injuries caused by them never heal.
